Well established website on first page search of all search engines with 'retire in the Philippines' search terms.  Enjoys 5100 impressions per month of exact traffic it calls out to with some Filipino responses that might be worth exploiting.  Redirect for visitors would put it's traffic right on your website.

Has been with Google Adsense and profitable, but Google denied it with no reason given.  Maybe you can fix that problem.
