Re: Request for Change of Status from Temporary Visitor to Non-Quota Immigrant by Marriage, The Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, Section 13(a)

Dear Commissioner Libanan:

I am a natural born Filipino citizen. I am legally married to (Husbands full name), a citizen of the (What country). We were married on (Date) in (Where), Philippines.

Since (Husband) and I have been married we have been residing together in (Where). The status of his stay in the Philippines is still that of temporary visitor. I wish his status be changed to that of non-quota immigrant.

Included with this letter are the currently prescribed documents required by the Bureau of Immigration.

In view of the foregoing and on the basis of his valid marriage to me I respectfully request that (Husband) be granted a Non-Quota Immigrant visa by marriage under Section13(a).

Your kind consideration and prompt action will be deeply appreciated.

Sincerely yours,

Filipina
